Gluten Free & Dairy Free
Stuffed HAMBURGER Ingredients:
1 Cup Bread Crumbs (or until proper consistency)
1 Tbsp Gluten-Free Worcestershire Sauce
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Dairy-free Cheese ( I use Daiya)
The sky is the limit
Mix all patty ingredients in a bowl until it has reached a solid consistency.
Use a hamburger press to shape the patties and add innards. (this can also be done by hand, but it won’t be as pretty)
Cook until completed on thee BBQ.
Note: These take longer to cook than regular hamburgers.
Wrap them in lettuce for a bun-less option.
I paired my stuffed hamburger with an Udi Gluten/Dairy-free hamburger bun. I also use Kinnikinnick buns ( which I love because they have a fresh local bakery in Edmonton. But Kinnikinnick are also cheaper than Udi buns.
And if you don’t want to fork over the extra cash for a gluten-free bun (we’ve all been there) wrap your burger in lettuce.
