1/4 Cup Vegan Butter
400g Package of marshmallows (about 50 large marshmallows)
6 Cups Gluten-Free Kelloggs’s Rice Krispies
In a large Wok, over low heat, melt vegan butter.
Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
Add cereal and stir until coated.
Using a lightly-buttered spatula and press mixture into a 13x9 inch pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Make sure you grease the pan and spatula you use to set the Rice Krispies.
Gluten and Dairy-Free!!!!
It’s been 6 years since I have eaten a Rice Krispie squares.
Did you know rice Krispies have gluten in them? BUT, I just discovered they also make a gluten-free version.
They are sooooooo good!!!! I tried to make these once with an off-brand Krispie and they turned to mush.
I used Western Family marshmallows as they are labeled gluten free.
These are crunchy and perfect.
