1 package of perogies
1 Red Onion
Pinch of seasoning salt
Slice red onion.
Add ingredients to a skillet on medium heat and cook until crispy.
Add dairy-free sour cream and green onions on top to serve

This is a great weeknight dinner. It’s fast, and you can whip it within 10 minutes.
I’ve also cooked these over a fire while camping.
