Potatoes (experiment, figure out which kind of potatoes you like best for French fries)
Garlic Plus Seasoning
Heat deep fryer to 330 degrees.
Using a French fry cutter, cut your potatoes into fries.
Rinse and dry potatoes.
Deep-fry until starting to slightly brown (roughly 10-15 minutes, then remove potatoes from oil, and heat oil to 376 degrees.
Cook until desired crispiness.
Double frying them is the way to get crispy fries that aren’t raw in the middle.
A great Fries with a twist!
I am 100% a fry lover. And when I am craving a crispy potato, there is no better, and cheaper way than making them myself at home.
Gluten-free fries are harder to find, and who wants to pay $6 for a small amount of fries? I don’t!
Oh, and we accidentally added garlic plus seasoning one day — my husband thought it was pepper. And it’s been happily ever after.
